The Mayor of Lewes   Councillor Matthew Bird

Matthew is a Chartered Environmentalist with two Masters in Climate Change, and has been leading the drive for sustainability in Lewes for the past twelve years

The Mayors main charity focus in his year in office will be on supporting the local food banks to help struggling families with the spiralling cost of living
